Adult Sabbath School
Come and join our adult Sabbath school lesson study groups. They are the primary religious education program of our church community.
Ministries
Hamilton East Seventh-day Adventist Church has several departments, better known as Ministries. From Cradle role to Seniors Ministries, all are geared to nurture and grow our church and be of service to our community. Our Vision Statement reads, “For the City of Hamilton to be a place where Godly Transformation Happens“ and it is through our Ministries, that we aim to achieve this vision.
Children’s Ministry
Each Saturday morning, Sabbath schools for each age group welcome children to an hour of active learning geared to their stage of faith development.
Community Services
This department exists to continually assess the needs of the community and seek ways to fill the gap for families with basic needs and also provides emotional support for those grieving.
Family Life Ministry
“So goes the family, so goes the nation.” The goal of this ministry is to strengthen marriage and the family. Families that pray together, stay together.
Health Ministry
God wants us to be healthy. Come to one of our health talks/seminars or cooking classes. We want to help our community be healthier.
Personal Ministry
This Ministry addresses both the anticipated growth of our church through outreach and the nurturing of current members through in-reach.
Prayer Ministry
This ministry spiritually strengthens and supports every ministry. We also invite you to submit requests because prayer can change things. If there is a burden on your heart and you are in need of support, or there is an issue affecting you or your family or even a desire to get closer to God please call into the Prayer Line (905) 481-0366 Bridge 61800, we are available daily from: 5:30 am – 6:30 am; 12:00 pm – 1 pm; and 9:30 pm – 10:30 pm.
Women’s Ministry
Women’s ministry is Jesus-centered. It’s all about helping other women to come to Christ and grow in Christ and bond together.
Youth Ministry
Adventist Youth Ministries at Hamilton East comprises of several ministries including, Adventurers, Pathfinder, Master Guide and regional partners [Hamilton Adventist Youth Society (HAYS); Southern Ontario Adventist Regional Youth Network (SOARYN)].
